Joana de Lamare

Joana de Lamare is a Brazilian actress, writer, singer, and songwriter based in Vancouver, Canada. An "Acting for Film and Television" Vancouver Film School graduate, at Capilano University, she played the roles of "Galina" in The Government Inspector, “Kathryn” in Radium Girls, and had the pleasure of assistant directing Bob Frazer in Capilano’s production of Little Women. A lover of comedy through both Theatre and Film, Joana has a passion for anything fun — and telling stories always is.

Joana is currently writing a feature-length mockumentary called Lions & Tigers, which she hopes to produce in the upcoming year.
